Office of Judge Charles Spain—November 17th, 2010
Today the Houston City Council confirmed Charles (Kin) Spain as Associate Municipal Judge. Spain was nominated for the post by Mayor Annise Parker. Also sworn in as a new judge was Phyllis Frye, and Josh Brockman was sworn in as hearings officer.
